·         Developed territory “rolodex” a plus
·         Successful track record (consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual targets
·         Experience penetrating major accounts)
·         Ability to cultivate & further develop existing customer base in the territory
·         Ability to identify, develop and close major account opportunities. ($100K-$1M+)
·         Ability to generate new business and work closely with strategic partners
·         Ability to manage a regional state territory (South & West Texas included)
